Vodafone NZ has just launched Video PXT which allows you to take a 20 second video on the new Sharp GX20 cellphone and send it to MMS capable cellphones for just 30 cents US.
This is not 3G but is certainly going to add a new paradigm and start creating demand for 3G. I would never have thought that such a service would be available for little more than a text message.

Mon, May 23, 2005 - 12:44 PMMy daughter just bought a new CDMA 3G phone that lets you watch movie trailers, tv news, etc, but she doesn't bother cause it's too pixelated. You'd think they'd bring out a decent display for a service like that!
